Agreement Formation
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ecliphryon. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge complete understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using Ecliphryon.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Age Requirement
Ecliphryon is exclusively available to individuals 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and universal. By using Ecliphryon, you certify that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation with potential legal consequences.
Social Casino Platform
Ecliphryon operates as a social casino using only virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. You cannot deposit money, cannot withdraw winnings, and cannot exchange virtual credits for anything of value. This is fundamental to our platform's nature.
User Conduct
You agree to use Ecliphryon responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include security compromise attempts, automated tool usage, identity misrepresentation, and any behavior harmful to other users or the platform. Violations result in immediate access termination.
Intellectual Property
All Ecliphryon content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use grants limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access for entertainment only. No copying, modification, or distribution without explicit written permission.
Virtual Currency
Virtual credits are provided free and exist solely for gameplay. They have zero monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged. We maintain complete discretion over the virtual currency system.
Service Availability
Ecliphryon is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect at any time without notice.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecliphryon and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from platform use. Since Ecliphryon is free and involves no financial transactions, liability is inherently minimal. You use at your own risk.
